Excellent customer service skills
I thought I would email you to praise one of your staff members, Adam Twyford.

I rang up regarding a Ford Focus Zetec that I'd seen online, which turned out to have been sold. However, Adam made every effort to find me an alternative and I've now ended up with a Ghia, which is a lot better!

I also have to say that Steve Chudley (who completed the sale) was also really helpful.

I'm not sure if your company have some form of reward scheme in place? But if you do, I would highly recommend that Adam is recognised for his excellent customer service skills.

Just what I wanted at an attractive price…
Chris Hard emailed and spoke to me about my interest in buying a new BMW 325i. He put me in touch with Cooper Cobham and was instrumental in my closing a deal to buy just what I wanted at an attractive price. He was most helpful, courteous and understanding of my elderly foibles and I am grateful to him.

I am obliged too to Daniel Mencis who easily sorted out my queries on the differences in cost of optional equipment through you as opposed to the BMW retail price list.

I've placed my order, paid my deposit and I expect delivery of my new car early in January '07.

Autobytel's approach wins every time!
Thanks for your help in getting the right spec for the Golf. May I say your interpersonal skills are excellent and you sell by getting the customer to where the need to be rather than pushing to close the sale.

As I mentioned, a competitor had a better price on a 3 door SE but was more interested in sticking to the salesman's training script than given accurate information, particularly on availability. Your approach wins every time!

New car on the driveway, job done!
We had spent 4 weeks trailing around main dealers trying to find a suitable used car to replace our 4 year old Passat.

Your team was able to source a brand new Golf within minutes, ready in 10 days, exactly the spec that we were looking for and it cost less than the 2nd hand cars we had been looking at!

We are now the owners of a brand new, Volkswagen Golf and didnt have to do any more work to complete the deal - a couple of phone calls with the main dealer and trade in sorted - new car on the driveway, job done!

I must confess that it thought that the price being offered was a bit too good to be true. Several months on I am the very happy owner of a new Merecedes C220 at a price that my local dealer could come nowhere near. In addition, the service provided through the dealer was very good indeed. I would wholeheartedly recommend your approach.

As you may be aware she picked up her '07 Golf FSI 1.6 from VW Twickenham on Tuesday afternoon and I can tell you she is absolutely delighted with it!

I would also like you to pass on our thanks to Steve Welsh and to Paul the salesman who took us on the test-drive and did the final handover/paperwork with Carole.

They both looked after us fantastically, particularly as I forgot to phone to warn them that we were coming in last Saturday, and ensured that our entire experience was first class!

As we ended financing the vehicle on a PCP agreement I think we will be customers of VW Twickenham for many years to come.
